The project questions the concept of citizenship where the state structure and the social body avoid the recognition of migrants as citizens.

A public talk with a table of influential figures from diverse social movements was held at the space of The Capella in Barcelona, the invitation for the talk announced that the themes to be discussed would be public heath, housing, culture, labor rights and democracy, issues that are usually addressed from the perspective of European citizens. During the talk the speakers only read the list of 15.518 missing people in the structure of migratory control of the European Union.



The display of the project consists in a printed version of the list of 15.518 cases of migrants who have died in the migratory control structure and whose names are unknown, the same list was reproduced in large scale panels. A video of the talk projected together with the poster of the public event. In a different area a scheme of the institutions, states and private companies that manage the migratory control system is shown with their own explanation of their role in the control of non-european migrants. A last area shows interviews to the speakers of the talk where they explain their point of view in relation to the structure of migratory control.
