The names of the directors and managers of the Mining Company Volcan which operates in Cerro de Pasco, Peru were obtained from the Lima Stock Exchange. Through a public search engine the home addresses of the directors and managers were find, subsequently photographs of the facades of their homes and neighborhoods were taken.

The images were enlarged and printed for then been paste into the facades of the 1st of May Camp were many of the miners that work for the company Volcan in Cerro de Pasco live. Each image was accompanied by the position in the company and the initial letters of the name of the owner of each house.
